Jay Welch

Jay joins the club with a wealth of experience, having played at a high level of semi-professional football throughout his career, most recently with local side Thatcham Town. Many will recognise Jay from his time with Ascot United, where he was part of the side that lifted the FA Vase at Wembley in 2023. A technically gifted midfielder with an exceptional footballing brain, Jay brings quality, leadership and composure to the squad. His experience and ability will be a huge asset to Town this season.
